What recent assessment he has made of the security situation in Sudan and South Sudan.

Despite some improvements, the security situation in Sudan remains concerning, particularly in Darfur and the Two Areas. In South Sudan the security situation is much worse as fighting continues across the country and the humanitarian situation becomes is increasingly desperate.
