Parliamentary Buildings (Restoration and Renewal) Bill

Lords motion to regret that the Parliamentary Buildings (Restoration and Renewal) Bill fails to include the option of relocating Parliament to a city outside London as a means of rebalancing the constitution of the United Kingdom, which is over-centralised on London. Motion not moved.
