To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office, how many civil servants are (a) on standby and (b) already partially or fully re-deployed to assist with (i) freight and road transport, (ii) other movements of vehicles and (iii) cargo and shipping as part of Operation Yellowhammer, Operation Kingfisher and other preparations for the UK leaving the EU by originating Government department.
