The Interception of Communications Commissioner reports annually to the Prime Minister and to Parliament. These reports discharge the Commissioner's role to keep under review the use of lawful interception within the UK, and the authorisation systems in place to control that use. The Ministry of Defence has received no reports in the last 24 months which make specific reference to any United States base operating in the UK.
