Mr. Brake: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions if he will make a statement on the role of
taxis in the Government's Integrated Transport Strategy. [24999]
Ms Glenda Jackson: Taxis and private hire vehicles are an integral part of public transport and as such their role is part of our
review of integrated transport.
