My noble Friend the Secretary of State has had one official meeting with Saif al-Uslam Gaddafi. There was no discussion of commercial contracts for oil and gas. Saif al-Uslam Gaddafi raised the case of Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi. My noble Friend the Secretary of State made clear that this was a matter for the Scottish Executive.
