To amend the 1987 regulations covering dangerous substances in harbour areas, so that in future berthing of ships at harbour facilities are subject to Notification of Installations Handling Hazardous Substances Regulations & Town & Country Planning General Development (Amendment) Act 1983 - No plans to do so.
