We have no plans to discuss this matter with the Royal Yachting Association. The London 2012 Organising Committee (LOCOG) is the organiser of the London 2012 sailing events, working with the International Federation and the local harbour authorities.At the events, experienced LOCOG staff will authorise and manage any media boats that have access to competition areas. Media boats will be staffed by experienced drivers and crews that will receive guidance on course positioning, speed and proximity of media boats to the athletes. A harbour revision order is in place that prevents unauthorised media boats having access.
