The Chancellor of the Exchequer’s autumn statement, on 5 December 2012, Official Report, columns 871-82, introduced some factors that we need to take into account such as new arrangements for accessing private finance. It is right that we take time to explore these funding opportunities.
We will make an announcement on the outcome of the basing review as soon as possible.
