The evidence of the impact on property prices of the presence of a wind farm is mixed. Studies by the Royal Institute
of Chartered Surveyors and Oxford Brookes University (2007), the Berkeley National Laboratory (2009) and the UK Centre for Sustainable Energy (2011) found no conclusive evidence that house prices have been affected by wind farm development.
