A complaint was received by the UK national contact point (NCP) for the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on 1 February 2013. The NCP does not comment on ongoing assessments. Under the NCP’s published process, an initial assessment of whether the issues raised merit further examination is made within three months of receiving a complaint.
