It is not Ministry of Defence policy to publish information on cases of alleged intimidation of current or former Locally Employed Staff, as to do so would put the personal safety of those involved at risk

Prior to the formation of the Intimidation Investigation Unit in June 2013 there were 31 reported instances of intimidation in the period June 2011 until May 2012 and 64 reported instances from June 2012 until May 2013.

My Lords, the noble Lord referred to a review. What factors will influence that review?
My Lords, we review the situation every six months. Obviously the level of intimidation, which is relatively low at the moment, is an important factor that would be considered.
