We have had a no-contact policy with the entirety of Hizballah for a number of years. The Home Secretary made clear this position in a Parliamentary debate on 26 February.

The Foreign Secretary has not had any recent discussions with Prime Minister Saad Hariri.
On 8 December 2017, I met Prime Minister Hariri at the International Support Group for Lebanon in Paris and made clear that the UK wants to see a stable, sovereign and prosperous Lebanon. We believe that this can only be based on coexistence, true disassociation from regional conflicts, and the disarmament of all militias so that no one party can hold the country's stability or politics hostage. The UK has a no contact policy with Hezballah.
