The Chief Coroner will make an annual report to the Lord Chancellor and the Lord Chancellor will lay a copy of the report before Parliament as required under section 36 of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009. They will fulfil these duties once section 36 of the 2009 Act has been brought into force.
