All helicopters in Iraq are fitted with appropriate defensive aid suites, including the Lynx Mark 7 helicopter that crashed in Basra City on Saturday 6 May 2006. To provide greater detail about the defensive aids fitted to our helicopters would be likely to prejudice the security of our personnel.
