This issue has not been raised by NATO Foreign Ministers, but it was discussed by NATO Defence Ministers at their meeting on 14-15 June, who agreed to work to enhance the ability to protect infrastructure systems of critical importance to the Alliance from cyber-attacks. Cyber-defence is also the subject of discussion at official level in NATO.
