As far as I am aware there were no cases of this kind in the period 2009-10 to the present.

Catering Services in 1 Horse Guards Road are provided at zero subsidy under our 35 year PFI agreement with Exchequer Partnerships Plc. (EP). Food is procured by a sub-contractor to EP.
The latest period for which figures are available is July 2014 to September 2015. In this period, 84.81% of dairy products procured were sourced from UK producers.

Liaison and Diversion services are currently provided to over 50% of the population of England. Full roll out by 2020/21, as recommended by the “Five Year Forward View for Mental Health” report published in February 2016, is subject to a decision from HM Treasury on the full business case. A formal response is expected from HM Treasury in the next few days and an announcement will be made shortly thereafter.

Departmental officials are in discussion with the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry regarding pricing and reimbursement models for antibiotics. HM Treasury are aware of these discussions.

HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) does allow customers to enter their title but it does not allow customers to enter other honours. Major changes would be required to a wide range of internal HMRC IT services to capture and store this information. The cost of making such changes would be disproportionate.

In April 2011, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) – a non-ministerial Department falling under the remit of the Chancellor – closed Crewe House, an Enquiry Centre (EC), and relocated to Hornbeam House in Crewe. In 2014, following HMRC’s decision to close all ECs, the EC in Crewe was closed.
