The name of the next Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster will be announced in due course. My honourable friend the Parliamentary Secretary for the Cabinet Office (Jim Murphy) has been providing political leadership in the Cabinet Office since the departure of my right honourable friend the now Secretary of State for Work and Pensions (John Hutton).
