The Government follows the requirements set out in UN Security Council Resolution 1546 when granting licenses for the export of military and dual-use goods from the UK to Iraq, including to the Kurdistan region.

We do not hold any information on which EU member states accept end-user certificates from the Kurdistan Regional Government, or any other countries of final destination, in respect of military and dual-use goods.
