To ask His Majesty's Government what was the total amount of funding directly targeting reproductive health disbursed under codes (1) 13010, (2) 13021 or 13022, (3) 13030, and (4) 13081, of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s Development Assistance Committee in the financial years (a) 2020, and (b) 2021.
To ask His Majesty's Government what was the total amount of funding directly targeting reproductive health disbursed under codes (1) 13010, (2) 13021 or 13022, (3) 13030, and (4) 13081, of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s Development Assistance Committee in the financial years (a) 2020, and (b) 2021.
The total amount of FCDO Overseas Development Assistance (ODA) funding directly targeting reproductive health disbursed under codes (1) 13010, (2) 13021 or 13022, (3) 13030, and (4) 13081 are noted in the table below. This is part of the' Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's Development Assistance Committee (OECD DAC) in the financial years 2020, and 2021. Please note "13020" is the official OECD DAC code for both "13021" and "13022". These codes were defined and solely used by the former Department for International Development. This did not exist in the former Foreign and Commonwealth Office spend data and would not provide a complete picture for the FCDO.

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the Answer of 8 February 2022 to Question 117894, what representations the UK has made during discussion at the Development Assistance Committee on proposals for valuing covid-19 vaccines in Official Development Assistance.
The UK has had extensive discussions with the Secretariat for the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) since the first proposals were issued in November 2021, led by our UK Delegation to the OECD DAC and through the DAC Working Party on Development Finance Statistics. The DAC Secretariat has now provided guidance for reporting donations of excess COVID-19 vaccine doses in 2021 in ODA. The UK is considering this guidance together with our other commitments and obligations, and is actively engaging with the OECD's Development Assistance Committee (DAC) Secretariat on valuing Covid-19 vaccines in Official Development Assistance in 2021.

The UK continues to make representations regarding Development Assistance Committee criteria for Official Development Assistance (ODA).
The ODA rules enable a broad range of activities to be defined as ODA. They need to continue to evolve as development challenges change and to deliver the Sustainable Development Goals.
Since 2012 the UK has led the way in modernising the rules, securing reforms. We continue to keep scope for improvements under review and actively push for reforms when we consider the rules are out of date.
