Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service recovers the cost of civil cases from users, in line with the fee charging requirements set out in the Treasury's ‘Managing Public Money’. On that basis, there was no cost to the public purse from the legal action brought by Mr Berezovsky against Mr Abramovich.
