Mr. Livsey: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations have been made to the Antiguan
authorities on behalf of Mr. Thomas Bufton. [33689]
Mr. Fatchett: No representations have been made to the Antiguan authorities on behalf of Mr. Bufton. He has been charged with
attempted murder. This is a matter for the courts. Mr. Bufton has engaged a lawyer to act on his behalf.
