Debate on motion that Chairman of the First Scottish Standing Committee appointed in respect of the Education (Scotland) Bill (HL) shall have power to order any Member who is not a member of the Committee to withdraw immediately from the Committee Room and the Serjeant at Arms shall act on such orders as he may receive from the Chairman in pursuance of such an order.
