To ask Her Majesty’s Government why they paid £199,975 to the consultants AECOM for two projects starting this year to research ““the awareness of the meaning of traffic signs”” and ““the effectiveness of area-wide parking controls””, given their commitment to reduce public spending, particularly spending on consultants.
