That this House congratulates The Perfect Scoop in East Wemyss on scooping up 15 awards in the Scottish Ice-cream Championships at the Royal Highland Show 2019; notes that they won Reserve Champion as well as a gold award for their Belgian White Chocolate ice-cream; four silver awards for their Belgian Milk Chocolate, 4 Nuts, Lemon Turkish Delight and Pad Thai flavours; and nine bronze awards for their After Dark/Ginger, Black Toffee, Empire Biscuit, Toasted Brioche, Custard Fudge Doughnut, Drumstick Squashies, Sherry Trifle, Lotus Biscoff and Hazelnut Toffee Orange flavour ice-creams; commends the efforts of George Wallace and all of the staff in creating both classic and highly unusual original ice-cream flavours that are continuing to put East Wemyss on the culinary map of Scotland; commends their extraordinary success after just two years in business; and wishes them all the best for the continued success of the business.
