Miss Melanie Johnson: My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry has received two written representations on
behalf of shareholders raising issues concerning section 429(4) of the Companies Act 1985 and Schedule 12 to the Financial Services
Act 1986 and arising from the above takeover offer.
