I am grateful to my hon. Friend for raising such an important matter. We made forced marriage a criminal offence in 2014 to
better protect victims and send a clear message that this abhorrent practice will not be tolerated in the UK. We want to see more victims having the confidence to come forward to report this often hidden crime, and that is why we are introducing lifelong anonymity for victims through the Policing and Crime Bill.

Programme sustainability is crucial, and all DFID programmes are designed with long-term sustainability and impact in mind. No decisions have been made to exit countries in the context of my hon. Friend’s question. When and where that happens, we want to ensure that a positive legacy is left and that the “leave no one behind” agenda is adhered to, so that some of the poorest and most vulnerable people in the world receive the protection and support that they ought to be able to expect.

As Communities Secretary, I’m proud this is a country where 89% of people view their local area as a place where people from different backgrounds get on well together.
Since 2010, we have invested £60 million on community integration programmes.

Automatic enrolment will give about 11 million people the opportunity to save into a workplace pension scheme, all of which must meet
qualifying criteria and minimum requirements. I am pleased to say that just under 7 million people have already been enrolled by more than 293,000 employers.

The Crown Commercial Service has put in place commercial arrangements that allow central government and the wider public service to secure the best value for money when purchasing office supplies, including stationery. The recently let CCS Crown Office Supplies framework (RM3723) is expected to save over £20m over two years.
The inclusion of more than one supplier on these frameworks allows purchasing authorities to choose the most appropriate products for their needs and maintains competitiveness in pricing.

The Government have introduced a range of new offences, including the offence of coercive or controlling behaviour. Victims who experience behaviour that stops short of serious physical violence but that amounts to extreme psychological and emotional abuse can now bring their perpetrators to justice. Every police force has published domestic abuse action plans, and new guidance and training has been introduced by the College of Policing.

A pilot programme offering human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine to men who have sex with men up to the age of 45 who attend participating HIV and genitourinary medicine Mclinics started on 6 June 2016.
Information on the number of HPV vaccinations administered during the pilot is being collected and, as such, is not yet available. It is anticipated that initial validated data covering the period up to the end of September will be available in late November.
