That this House congratulates the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration on the successful launch of the Hubble Telescope, and British Aerospace on its major contribution to the instrument's energy system; notes the significant contribution which British scientists and astronomers have made to the design and development of this epoch-making instrument; and awaits with immense interest the results of man's first survey of the outer limits of the known universe.
