Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Anne Campbell (Labour), on Thursday, 13 July 1995, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 27 members in total.
WEST ANGLIA GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY (WAGN) FACILITIES FOR TAXIS
That this House condemns the action by West Anglia Great Northern Railway (WAGN) in raising charges by 140 per cent. for taxi drivers using the cab rank on the railway station forecourt in Cambridge; and believes that this is not in the interest of the travelling public and that privatisation plans are causing WAGN to be more concerned about profit than about public service.
