- leave out from `House' to end and add `condemns the centralist blinkered attitude of the Government towards any form of national democracy in Wales or Scotland; believes that there is nothing incompatible between elected legislative parliaments for Wales and Scotland, and the integrity of the European Union, and notes that many of those members most opposed to the integrity of the European Union, and most vociferous in support of subsidiarity between Brussels and London are the very same people most opposed to granting any autonomy to Wales and Scotland.' .
