NATIONAL LOTTERY PROCEEDS
That this House views with concern that under the current system of distribution of the National Lottery proceeds animal welfare applications fare very badly; and believes that as a supposed nation of animal lovers not to make any provision for them via the lottery is uncaring and outrageous and an insult to all United Kingdom animal lovers.
