Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Mike Hall (Labour), on Thursday, 23 January 1997, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 49 members in total.
INTENSIVE CARE PROVISION IN THE NORTH WEST REGION OF THE NHS
That this House expresses its great concern at the refusal of the Department of Health and the National Health Service Management Executive to publish the Report to Alan Langlands on intensive care provision in the North West Region, produced in September 1996; is critical of the fact that this report was withheld from the honourable Members when the Health Service was due to be debated in the House of Commons; asks what the Department of Health is concealing by its refusal to release this document; further questions the Government's handling of the intensive care crisis in the United Kingdom; and calls upon the Department of Health to release this document forthwith.
