That this House is concerned to learn that more than 40 homes in Hurstcourt Road in Sutton and Cheam were left without power for 12 hours on Monday 16th June; notes that the residents of this and nearby roads have suffered the inconvenience and expense of numerous lengthy power failures over the course of the last six months; believes that SEABOARD have paid insufficient attention to the problems of power supply in this area; and calls on the company to take urgent action to review and upgrade their distribution network in the area.
