That this House welcomes the new spirit of co-operation and discussion between East and West and looks forward to further improvements brought about by successful conclusions of the talks on START and CFE; and, in the light of these developments, calls upon the Government to reject the basing at British airbases of a new generation of SRAM-T air-launched nuclear weapons, as reported in the Sunday Correspondent on 28th January 1990.
