PAY SETTLEMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL WAGES BOARD
That this House congratulates the Agricultural Wages Board in awarding a 4.4 per cent. increase on the basic rate for farm workers and an increase for casual workers in line with the national minimum wage; and calls on farmers and their leaders to be more generous in their recognition of this negotiated deal.
