Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Lord Fowler (Conservative), on Wednesday, 16 October 1991, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 124 members in total.

LABOUR HEALTH SPOKESMEN AND THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE

That this House deplores the endless smears and scares perpetuated by Labour Health spokesmen against the National Health Service; and, now that they have finally conceded that trust hospitals remain firmly within the National Health Service, demands that they withdraw the totally unfounded allegation that these hospitals are being privatised.
