CENTENARY OF SIR WILLIAM RANDAL CREMER'S NOBEL PEACE PRIZE
That this House celebrates the centenary of the award of the Nobel Peace Prize to a former honourable Member of this House, Sir William Randal Cremer in 1903; praises his work as Secretary of the International Arbitration League and as British co-founder of the Inter-Parliamentary Union; and extols the legacy of this great British pacifist for his efforts in the cause of international arbitration and ending conflict by peaceful means.
