Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor David Leslie Taylor (Labour and Co-operative Party), on Wednesday, 5 March 2003, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 56 members in total.

NATIONAL NO SMOKING DAY

That this House congratulates and pledges its support to the million United Kingdom smokers who will try to stop smoking this No Smoking Day, 12th March; calls on users of the Palace of Westminster's bars, restaurants and corridors to support the Day; but laments the fact that smoke-free air is still not the norm within its precincts.
