DNA

That this House, in this the 50th anniversary of the discovery of DNA, congratulates all those scientists throughout the world and particularly those at the Sanger Institute in Cambridge who have contributed to the announcement that the entire human genome has been completely sequenced; and notes that this achievement is expected to lead to a new era in medicine.
