That this House is grateful to WH Smith for its policy of employing people with disabilities using the Pathways Initiative; is pleased that Karen Godfrey has been re-employed by them on a permanent basis; congratulates Mencap for their Pathways Initiative; and urges all employers to give opportunities to people with disabilities.
