LIBYA

That this House expresses its concern at the human rights situation in Libya as recorded by international human rights organisations; is alarmed by reports in recent weeks of the disappearance and abuse of journalists; condemns the detention in Libya of political prisoners that have eschewed the use of violence; and supports the goal of achieving democracy in Libya of the London conference on 25th to 26th June convened by Libyan exiles.
