CONDUCT OF THE HON MEMBER FOR EAST ANGUS

That this House condemns the public support which the honourable Member for Angus East has given in Tayside to the SNP campaign of Can Pay Won't Pay of the community charge, thus leading to increased community charge demands for the law abiding citizens of Tayside; and further condemns the honourable Member for the way he has deliberately and improperly used House of Commons notepaper and pre-paid envelopes for non-constituency direct mail in order to market his own brand of political prejudice, thus clearly demonstrating his rejection of the rule of law in Tayside and in Parliament.
