ABERYSTWYTH UNIVERSITY FAIRTRADE STATUS
That this House notes with pleasure that Aberystwyth University has achieved Fairtrade status; acknowledges the great importance of ensuring that producers in developing countries are paid a fair price for their goods; pays tribute to the tremendous achievements of the Fairtrade movement, which recently celebrated its 15th anniversary; and wishes Aberystwyth University and the Fairtrade movement as a whole well for the future.
