JARROVIANS RUGBY UNION FOOTBALL CLUB HELP FOR HEROES CAMPAIGN
That this House expresses its support to members of Jarrovians Rugby Union Football Club (RUFC), located in Jarrow constituency, which is planning a Guinness Book of Records bid by getting teams of its friends and supporters to walk all the peaks in the Lake District on 18 June 2011, with all proceeds donated to the Help for Heroes charity, which was created to help wounded servicemen and women returning from Iraq and Afghanistan; acknowledges that this worthwhile fundraising event will ensure that the money raised goes to those who need it most; and wishes everyone associated with Jarrovians RUFC well in their efforts to give troops serving in Afghanistan and Iraq the help and support they need.
