That this House notes the petition calling for improvements to play areas within Banff and Buchan signed by over 1,500 constituents; considers the local concern over recent accidents involving young children, due to the unsafe condition of the play areas, totally justified; and calls on Banff and Buchan District Council to give this matter immediate attention.
