Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Ron Brown (Labour), on Wednesday, 15 January 1992, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 48 members in total.
PLIGHT OF KATHLEEN ALLAN
That this House notes that Kathleen Allan was forced to leave Inchkeith, an island in the Firth of Forth, where she had a sanctuary for animals; regrets that the owner of the property, Tom Farmer of Kwik Fit, has been unable to answer letters regarding this woman's plight, particularly from the honourable Member for Edinburgh, Leith; and now asks the local authority to investigate Ms. Allan's complaints as a matter of urgency.
