NATIONAL TRUST AND DEER HUNTING
That this House condemns the National Trust Council for their failure to implement their members' wishes and ban deer hunting on their land; further congratulates the 871 National Trust members who have called on the Trust to again consider the principle of allowing hunting on their land; and calls on the National Trust to ensure that the issue of cruelty in deer hunting is addressed, a factor which was ignored by the Trust in its previous deliberations.
