That this House congratulates Mr Harold Edwards, a life long co-operator, Methodist lay preacher and Freeman of the Borough of Warrington, on the occasion of his investiture as a Member of the Order of the British Empire in recognition of his dedicated service to the Town of Warrington, in particular the Warrington Citizens' Advice Bureau.
