Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Carol Monaghan (Scottish National Party), on Tuesday, 4 June 2019, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 28 members in total.
ACCESS FOR INJURED VETERANS TO REHABILITATION SERVICES AT DNRC STANFORD HALL
That this House commends the construction of a new bespoke facility for the Defence and National Rehabilitation Centre at Stanford Hall as a replacement for the renowned complex at Headley Court; notes its crucial work in providing clinical rehabilitation services; observes that, at present, very few veterans can access the specialists at the centre; and calls on the Ministry of Defence to allow injured veterans with ongoing complex, intensive rehabilitation needs resulting from operational injuries to be given easier access to the Defence and National Rehabilitation Centre at Stanford Hall.
