MISSILE ATTACK ON IRAQ

That this House condemns the unilateral action taken by the United States Government in authorising a missile attack upon Iraq, with the resultant loss of innocent civilian lives; further condemns the United States Government's attempt to shelter under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter; regrets the support of Her Majesty's Government for this action; is greatly concerned for the fates of the hostages currently held by Saddam Hussein; and regrets the serious impact that this action will have upon the dissident population of Iraq.
